ATMA - a conscious company According to our principles a conscious company is an organisation that returns revenues to society in four dimensions of our being; the spiritual, physical, emotional and rational dimension.
A conscious company is also an organisation that strives for a balance in its contribution to a sustainable world in terms of planet, people and profit.
ATMA tries to contribute in different ways.
Its mission and purpose is to contribute to a more sustainable world in supporting new solutions to evolve from current issues and experiences. Our planet is our source of life; we should care for its health and contribute to healthy life conditions for all beings on it.
The principles are based on supporting evolution by facilitating the change that already is going on. Change is about creating life conditions that will enable fitness in systems and organic flows. Fitness can be realized to transcend current problems and include current knowledge and experience in doing so.
The people we are working with are all conscious of their own response-ability and are trying to contribute to an environment that is healthy and stable through balanced resilience. Developing Self awareness is a fundamental aspect of our professional and personal work.
The profit we earn is shared with others who need the money more than we do. Five percent of the annual revenues earned by ATMA are funded to the Center for Human Emergence. Five percent is reserved for spontaneous funding of individuals and initiatives. In different projects we also share our earnings. Ten percent of the revenues with the Conscious Leadership Course is donated to the School of Synnervation for research and development activities. Ten percent of the earnings with the Authentic Leadership Learning Expedition are used to support a foundation to preserve the natural habitat of wild dolphins. Sixty to seventy percent of the earnings of the future of the world project are used to support feeding, safe housing and education of children in developing countries.
